RECRUIT123 PTE. LTD. is partnering with leading medical technology firms to hire a Clinical Specialist / Clinical Application Specialist.

You will act as the clinical and technical expert, providing intraoperative case coverage, product training, and application support across hospitals and imaging centers. This role requires strong clinical knowledge, hands-on device experience, and the ability to train staff, demonstrate procedures, and troubleshoot in real time.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Science, Radiography, Life Sciences, or related healthcare discipline.
• 1–3 years of hands-on clinical experience as Clinical Specialist/Field Application Specialist preferred in MedTech/medical devices.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills; ability to guide and build rapport with clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide intraoperative clinical support, procedural guidance, and technical expertise to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct product demonstrations, hands-on clinical training, and intra-operative case support.
• Collaborate with sales during clinical evaluations and tenders; troubleshoot device applications in real time.
• Gather clinical insights, support new product launches and CME sessions.

Salary Range: SGD 4,500 - SGD 7,200 per month (Commensurate with experience)

Recruit123 is currently partnering with leading medical technology (MedTech) and diagnostic to hire a Clinical Specialist / Clinical Application Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity to act as the primary clinical and technical expert bridging advanced medical technologies with healthcare practitioners, providing intraoperative case coverage, clinical product training, and application support across hospitals and healthcare institutions.

What you will be doing:

In this role, you will provide critical clinical support, procedural guidance, and technical expertise to surgeons, physicians, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals in acute and specialized clinical environments (such as the Operating Theatre, Cath Lab, or Diagnostic Imaging suites).

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations, hands-on clinical training, and intra-operative case support to ensure the safe, compliant, and optimal utilization of specialized medical devices or diagnostic systems.

You will partner closely with commercial sales teams during clinical evaluations and hospital tenders, address technical inquiries, and troubleshoot device applications in real time. Additionally, you will gather clinical insights from the ground, support new product launches and post-market evaluations, and facilitate workshops and continuing medical education (CME) sessions for key clinical stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking candidates with a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Science, Radiography, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare discipline.

Prior clinical practice within an operating theatre (OT), acute hospital setting, or 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience as a Clinical Specialist / Field Application Specialist within the MedTech or medical device sector is highly preferred.

You should possess exceptional presentation and interpersonal communication skills, with the confidence to consult, guide, and build rapport with surgeons, specialists, and hospital staff. Strong technical problem-solving agility, a high level of adaptability to hospital schedules, and a customer-focused, patient-first mindset are essential.
