Job summary

The role includes in‑theatre assistance, product demonstrations, and delivering in‑service training to enhance product knowledge and client relationships.

The ideal candidate is a nurse with operating theatre experience, self‑driven, and able to communicate effectively with doctors and healthcare professionals. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as a nurse in an operating theatre is required.
• Candidate shows self‑motivation and ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage doctors and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Explain and demonstrate correct usage of medical products to doctors and surgeons.
• Provide clinical support during surgeries to assist clinicians.
• Deliver in‑service training to healthcare professionals on assigned products.
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors and nurses to promote product use and client satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to client needs and inquiries to deliver excellent service.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business growth and client engagement.
• Present technical information clearly and accurately to healthcare professionals.

Job Summary

You will guide and provide clinical support to cardiac surgeons on assigned medical products, provide clinical support in operating theatres, and deliver in-service training to enhance product knowledge and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Explain and demonstrate the correct usage of medical products and devices to doctors and surgeons to ensure safe and effective application
• Provide clinical support during surgeries to assist doctors and surgeons in achieving optimal patient outcomes
• Deliver in-service training sessions to healthcare professionals to enhance their knowledge and competency on assigned products
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and nurses to promote effective product use and ensure client satisfaction
• Respond promptly to client needs and inquiries to deliver excellent service and support
• Collaborate proactively with the internal stakeholders to support business growth and enhance client engagement
• Comprehend and present technical information on assigned products clearly and accurately to healthcare professionals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous working experience as a nurse in an operating theatre
• Self-motivated and responsible attitude to manage tasks independently
• Pleasant personality with effective communication skills to engage healthcare professionals
