Job summary

The Clinical Sample Processor I at ICON plc Singapore ICON Lab will handle daily sample shipments, assess samples on receipt, and enter data into ICON’s Lab Database. You will store samples per protocol and ensure documentation is complete.

Requirements include a Diploma degree, internship or work experience in receiving shipments, basic computer skills, and attention to detail. Singaporean or PR status is required; office-based role with day schedules and Saturday rotation.

Qualifications

• Diploma degree required.
• Internship or work experience in handling daily shipments of samples is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and data entry accuracy are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily shipments of samples and materials.
• Assess samples upon receipt and enter data into ICON’s Lab Database.
• Store samples per protocol specifications and maintain documentation.
• Perform barcode labelling and validation of specimens.
• Coordinate shipments and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Escalate issues to senior team members as needed.
