Job summary

SingHealth Group is seeking a dedicated administrator to lead execution and governance of the hospital's Institutional Research Programme, collaborating with Principal Investigators and stakeholders to drive performance, ensure funding compliance, and align with national priorities.

You will oversee workplans, monitor KPIs and funding outcomes, identify risks, and formulate actionable recommendations to enhance programme performance and decision-making across the research ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences or related discipline, with at least 4 years of relevant research administration experience.
• Experience with IRB and ethics requirements is advantageous
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and governance of the hospital's Institutional Research Programme, working closely with Principal Investigators and key stakeholders to drive programme performance, ensure compliance with funding and governance requirements, and achieve strategic research objectives.
• Provide oversight of programme implementation including managing workplans, monitoring research KPIs and funding outcomes, identifying risks and opportunities, formulating recommendations to address issues and improve programme performance, and driving stakeholder engagement to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Play a key role in programme governance, institutional reporting, and strategic initiatives development to strengthen the hospital's research ecosystem and align it with national research priorities.
