Job summary

SingHealth seeks a Senior Lead Clinical Research Associate to oversee compliance management across SingHealth institutions. You will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements including the Human Biomedical Research Act, Health Products Act, ICH-GCP guidelines and SOPs.

Your responsibilities include planning and conducting monitoring visits, preparing thorough post-visit reports, and recommending preventive and corrective measures for compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in clinical trials, including monitoring.
• 4+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven interpersonal, leadership and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Analytical, problem-solving and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong priority management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct monitoring visits across SingHealth institutions.
• Prepare comprehensive post-visit reports and document findings.
• Recommend preventive and corrective actions to improve compliance.
• Ensure timely resolution of findings and issues.
• Provide administrative support to departmental operations.
• Develop education programs and training for new Clinical Research Associates.
• Provide supervisory monitoring and chair department meetings.
