Job summary

SingHealth Group is seeking a Senior / Assistant Manager, Programme (Research Office - Contract) to support planning and execution of behavioural, brain and population health programmes. You will work with principal investigators and stakeholders to drive delivery, coordinate initiatives, and ensure resources and budgets are aligned with research goals.

The role requires a degree in Life Sciences or related field and at least 2 years in programme management or healthcare operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences, Health Services Research, Psychology, Behavioural Science, Public Health or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in programme management, research administration, project management or healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, implementation and operational management of research programmes focused on behavioural health, brain health and population health.
• Collaborate with Principal Investigators, researchers and stakeholders to drive programme delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage resources and budgets, and support research activities.
