NHG Health, through the Institute of Mental Health (IMH) in Singapore, is seeking an experienced healthcare professional to join the Clinical Governance & Quality (CGQ) department in a senior leadership role to drive quality, patient safety and governance initiatives.

The Assistant/Deputy Director will partner with senior management, clinical chiefs and institutional stakeholders to lead regulatory compliance, audits, data analytics and staff management across the organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of clinical governance processes, quality and patient safety concepts and tools.
• Experience with regulatory standards and accreditation processes.
