Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical quality and patient safety initiatives across the organisation.
• Lead regulatory compliance with JCI standards, MOH HCSA requirements, and related frameworks.
• Steer audits, accreditation processes, and implementation of action plans.
• Monitor and report clinical quality indicators to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage CGQ department operations and staff performance.
