Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support clinical reach and healthcare operations, handling coordination of shipments, documentation, scheduling and tracking.

You will liaise with internal teams, healthcare professionals, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, maintain accurate records, follow up on outstanding items and provide regular status updates.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in any field.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support for clinical reach and healthcare-related operations.
• Coordinate clinical trial/healthcare logistics, including shipment arrangements, documentation, scheduling and tracking.
• Liaise with internal teams, healthcare professionals, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records, databases and relevant clinical/operational documentation.
• Track requests, follow up on outstanding matters and provide regular status updates.
• Ensure documentation and processes comply with internal SOPs, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support reporting, billing/invoicing, data entry and other administrative duties as required.
