Qualifications

• Minimum degree in any field.
• Experience in operations or contact centre management is a plus.
• Able to coordinate staff rosters and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in leave and roster planning and managing staff rosters for daily operations.
• Preparing documents for annual budgeting and monitoring budget utilization.
• Sharing and broadcasting updates to the team.
• Ensuring call/email audits are completed and conducting staff performance appraisals.
• Managing complex feedback escalations and staff disciplinary issues.
• Leading quality improvement projects to enhance service standards with the Institution Lead.
• Preparing monthly performance reports for management updates with the Institution Lead.
