Job summary

The Institute of Mental Health (IMH) in Singapore is seeking an Associate Executive (Temp - 6 months) to provide essential administrative support within the Clinical Operations department. You will assist with onboarding new staff, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, prepare reports and presentations, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

This role demands a positive attitude, good communication, meticulousness, and a collaborative mindset to adapt to changing priorities

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or GCE ‘A’ Levels with at least 3 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage general office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and filing systems
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, including booking meeting rooms and arranging refreshments
• Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and distribute meeting notes
• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries when required
