Job summary

The Institute of Mental Health in Singapore is seeking a Sr Executive / Asst Manager, Clinical Operations to support the management of clinical operations and administrative functions within the Clinical Operations department.

You will work with clinical and operational stakeholders to advance strategic objectives, ensure delivery of services, and contribute to service improvement through data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Recognised degree in business, healthcare management or related discipline.
• At least two years of experience in operations, administration, project management or data analysis.
• Healthcare sector experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate clinical services and programmes.
• Ensure services meet established standards, policies and procedures.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for decision-making.
• Analyse operational data, identify trends and propose improvements.
• Develop proposals, reports and presentations for management.
• Review policies and workflows to improve efficiency and patient care.
• Coordinate projects with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Provide secretariat support to committees and follow up on actions.
• Undertake other clinical operations and administrative duties as assigned.
