Job summary

WhiteCoat in Singapore is seeking a Clinical Operations Executive to join our dispensary team. You will be responsible for maintaining daily operations and ensuring processes are carried out with the highest quality.

On a day-to-day basis you will uphold dispensing accuracy, schedule deliveries, liaise with couriers, oversee the dispensary team, dispense and pack medications, and handle ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma, fresh graduates are welcome.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work on rotational shift hours including two night shifts, one weekend shift, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Uphold dispensing accuracy and quality control.
• Schedule medication deliveries.
• Liaise with courier partners.
• Oversee the dispensary team.
• Dispense and pack medications according to prescriptions.
• Facilitate delivery agent pickups.
• Handle ad hoc administrative tasks.
