Job summary

SSW LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking staff to support Pharmacy Operations, processing medication orders and prescriptions for delivery, including picking, packing and labeling under supervision.

You will assist in stock receiving, inventory checks, and order fulfilment, ensuring accuracy and timely handover to couriers. Training is provided; participation requires a minimum commitment and weekend sessions when possible.

Qualifications

• Basic English literacy and ability to perform simple math.
• Basic computer literacy to operate inventory or dispensing systems for order fulfilment.
• MS Office proficiency preferred.
• Prior experience in a pharmacy, clinic or healthcare logistics setting is preferred.
• Meticulous and willing to learn.
• Good team-player.

Responsibilities

• Support stock receiving and checking of medications.
• Pick, pack and label medications accurately to fulfil delivery orders.
• Repack medications e.g. unboxing, bundling or pre-packing in required quantities.
• Replenish medications to storage locations.
• Support counting of inventory during stock takes or cycle counts.
• Account for delivery orders accurately and assist to handover to courier.
• Top-up pharmacy consumables e.g. ziploc bags to facilitate operations.
• Adhere to company or department requirements, procedures and standards.
• Ensure that right medications are delivered to right patients in a safe, timely and quality manner.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned, such as cross functional support etc.
