This 1-year contract offers exposure to fast-paced digital health services and collaboration with healthcare professionals. The role requires a Diploma and a meticulous, detail-oriented mindset, with experience in healthcare operations

Qualifications

• Diploma required; fresh graduates welcome.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Work five days a week, including public holidays; night shift 0000–0800.

Responsibilities

• Uphold dispensing accuracy, medication handling, and quality control protocols.
• Schedule medication deliveries.
• Manage and liaise with courier partners.
• Dispense and pack medications according to prescriptions.
• Facilitate delivery agent pickups.
• Manage patient queue and doctor manpower allocation.
• Provide doctor and patient support on operational and technical issues.
