Qualifikationen

• Review medication charts and prescriptions for appropriateness and interactions.
• Verify and dispense medications with counselling.
• Oversee inpatient and outpatient discharges.
• Provide drug information and clinical support to doctors and staff.
• Prepare extemporaneous and compounded medications.
• Maintain accurate medication inventory and stock levels.
• Supervise Pharmacy Assistants and Technicians.
• Liaise with external physicians and hospital staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
