Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Pharmacist to support pharmacy operations at our healthcare logistics warehouse in Singapore. The role involves managing, storing, inventory and distribution of therapeutic products and medical devices; the work is non-patient facing and duties are assigned on rostering basis.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, is registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council, and has experience with Controlled Drugs and inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) recognized by the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Fully registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council and actively practicing.
• Experience handling Controlled Drugs and/or in hospital/retail pharmacy preferred.
• Working knowledge of Excel with inventory functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely receipt of inbound Controlled Drugs with proper documentation.
• Ensure accurate fulfilment of outbound Controlled Drugs orders with documentation.
• Support inventory management: replenishment, cycle counts, stock taking, quarantine, disposal.
• Support Medication Home Delivery Services operations including inbound, fulfilment, outbound, and inventory management.

JOB SUMMARY

The candidate will support the pharmacy operations for our healthcare logistics warehouse. Scope of work includes the management, storage, inventory and distribution of therapeutic products and medical devices. This is a non-patient, and duties will be assigned on a rostering basis.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure timely and accurate receipt of inbound Controlled Drugs, including required documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of Controlled Drugs outbound orders, including required documentation.
• Support inventory management of Controlled Drugs, including replenishment, cycle counting, stock taking, quarantine, and disposal.
• Support operations for Medication Home Delivery Services, including inbound, fulfilment, outbound, and inventory management as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) or equivalent qualification recognized by the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council and currently in active practice.
• Prior experience in handling Controlled Drugs and/or working in a hospital or retail pharmacy setting is preferred.
• Training on the Warehouse Management System (WMS) will be provided. However, candidates should possess working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including basic inventory management functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/lookup functions.
