Job summary

NHG Health seeks a Clinical Informatics Analyst (Principal Trainer) to manage the portfolio of informatics projects, coordinating between clinical and IT teams to ensure deliverables align with NHG Health objectives. You will drive end-to-end planning for NGEMR-Epic programmes and ensure value through improved patient outcomes and efficiency.

The role requires at least 3 years in clinical informatics, strong analytical skills, and experience with EMR systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Healthcare Informatics/Health Information Management/CS/Engineering).
PM certification (incl. Agile) or ITIL is optional.
Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech) is preferred.
Minimum 3 years in clinical informatics or healthcare IT/project administration.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain a comprehensive portfolio of clinical informatics projects.
Prioritize projects based on strategic value and resources.
Monitor and report project status to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with clinical and IT teams to define scope and deliverables.
Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders including ground users and leadership.
Track execution within scope, timeline, and budget.
Engage with clinical staff to ensure user-centric informatics solutions.
Translate clinical requirements into technical specs.
