Responsibilities

• Solicit user requirements, perform technical feasibility study and evaluation, and solutioning design by engaging with stakeholders that include, but not limited to Synapxe, TTSH, NHG, and other public healthcare institutions.
• Perform technical configurations and build within the NGEMR system, including customizing workflows, creating tools and content, configuring decision support, and implementing system rules to support clinical processes.
• Co-lead NGEMR related deployment such as system testing, developing and preparation of test scripts, and maintaining system documentation.
• Co-manage external clinical systems interfaced with NGEMR.
• Maintain technical builds knowledgebase and documentation.
