Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital in Singapore seeks a Health Informatics Specialist to support the CHIO in implementing the hospital informatics roadmap.

You will engage with stakeholders, configure NGEMR workflows, and co-lead NGEMR deployments while maintaining system documentation and knowledge bases. A tertiary degree and 1–3 years’ experience are preferred, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher degree required; tertiary degree from a recognized university.
• Preferably 1–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and people management abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to initiate, deliver and drive projects independently.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Health informatics certification, NGEMR (Epic) certification, and PMP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Solicit user requirements and perform feasibility studies with stakeholders (e.g., Synapxe, TTSH, NHG).
• Configure and build within the NGEMR system, customize workflows, and implement system rules for clinical processes.
• Co-lead NGEMR deployments, including testing, test scripts, and documentation.
• Co-manage external clinical systems interfaced with NGEMR.
• Maintain technical builds knowledgebase and documentation.
