Job summary

PLATINUM MEDICAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated clinical support professional in Singapore to assist doctors and surgeons with our medical products in the operating theatre.

You will provide in‑theatre guidance, training, and hands‑on support to ensure safe and effective use. The ideal candidate holds a Singapore Nursing Board license, demonstrates strong communication, and can present technical information clearly.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be Singapore Nursing Board licensed.
• Self-motivated and responsible.
• Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
• Able to understand, comprehend and present technical information on assigned products.
• Previous operating theatre experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Explain and guide doctors/surgeons on usage of our medical products and devices.
• Provide clinical support to doctors/surgeons in the operating theatre on product use.
• Educate and provide in-service training on products.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with users (doctors and nurses).
• Provide excellent service to existing clients.
• Proactively support the sales team.
