Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Clinical Specialist to assist surgeons using our orthopaedic technology. You will provide technical and clinical support during procedures and ensure instruments and implants are ready before use.

You will guide OR staff, build strong customer relationships, identify product needs, and coordinate with Sales Leads for follow up. A thorough knowledge of product lines and strict compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Min VALID SNB & BCLS with at least 2 years operating theatre experience in orthopaedic cases.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons in performing techniques with company technology.
• Provide technical and clinical support when technology is used by surgeons.
• Guide surgeons and OR staff in safe, effective use of new technology.
• Ensure instruments and implants are at the hospital and complete before use.
• Build positive relationships with customers on behalf of Sales Leads.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products or pass to Sales Leads.
• Maintain understanding of product lines, updates, features and techniques.
• Adhere to compliance policy and guidelines at all times.
• Assist AD/SNM in coordinating and monitoring clinical/service quality indicators.
