Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Nursing Surgical Assistant to support surgeons during procedures and provide clinical and technical assistance.

You will ensure availability of instruments, guide operating room staff, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines and compliance policies.

Candidates should have SNB & BCLS, a nursing degree or diploma, and 1-2 years in MOT/Orthopedic surgery; the role requires strong teamwork and patient safety focus.

Qualifications

• Valid SNB & BCLS.
• Min. Diploma/ Degree in Nursing
• Min. 1-2 years of experience in MOT/ Orthopedic surgery

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons in performing surgical techniques.
• Provide competent technical and clinical support.
• Guide surgeons and Operating Room Personnel in safe and effective use of instruments and implants.
• Ensure instruments and implants are available and complete before use.
• Build positive relationships with customers on behalf of Sales Leads.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate registered products or pass to Sales Leads.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of product lines, updates, features and benefits.
