Qualifications

About Us:

Come Here TCM is a modern Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic dedicated to making TCM accessible, professional, and relevant to today’s wellness community. Our clinic combines classical TCM principles with modern health insights to support patients in preventive care and holistic healing.

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations, support patient engagement, and help grow the clinic through marketing and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinic Operations:

• Manage day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth patient flow
• Oversee appointment scheduling, patient registration, and front desk coordination
• Maintain clinic cleanliness, supplies, and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with clinic procedures and healthcare standards

Patient Experience:

• Provide warm and professional service to patients
• Assist patients with enquiries regarding treatments and services
• Coordinate follow-ups and maintain good patient relationships

Marketing & Business Development:

• Support clinic marketing initiatives (social media, events, promotions)
• Assist in patient acquisition and community outreach programs
• Promote clinic services and wellness programs to patients
• Work with the team to improve clinic visibility and patient engagement

Sales & Growth:

• Introduce and explain treatment packages and wellness programs to patients
• Support clinic revenue growth through ethical and patient-centred sales
• Track simple sales and marketing performance metrics

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), healthcare, business, or related field preferred
• Candidates with TCM qualifications or clinical experience will have an advantage
• Experience in clinic operations, healthcare, retail, or wellness industry is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with basic marketing, social media, and patient engagement
• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a clinical environment
