About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and professional Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Physician to join our growing healthcare team. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality clinical consultations, personalized treatment plans, and holistic wellness solutions to our patients.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Clinical Consultation & Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive TCM consultations, health assessments, and physical examinations to diagnose patient conditions independently.
- Treatment Planning & Execution: Formulate and implement personalized TCM treatment plans tailored to each patient's health needs and recovery goals.
- Integrative & Preventive Care: Educate patients on preventive health, lifestyle modifications, food therapy, and wellness practices to support long-term health outcomes.
- Record Keeping & Administration: Maintain accurate, timely, and complete electronic medical records, treatment histories, and medication records in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Compliance & Professional Standards: Adhere strictly to the TCM Physician's Code of Conduct and regulatory requirements set by the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the TCM Practitioners Board (TCMPB).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with clinical teams, allied health professionals, or Western medical practitioners when necessary for coordinated care management.
- Marketing & Public Outreach: Participate in corporate health talks, wellness workshops, community outreach, and marketing/branding initiatives on behalf of the company.
Detailed Work Content & Therapies
- Core Treatments: TCM treatments.
- Advanced & Tech-Enhanced Therapies: Learn, operate, and recommend modern/technology-enabled wellness treatments (e.g., Electro-Lymphatic Therapy, Acoustic Wave Therapy, or other wellness hardware).
- Product & Health Recommendations: Guide and recommend suitable TCM retail products, health supplements, and dietary therapy to enhance overall patient well-being.
- Public Education & Training: Design and present wellness seminars/webinars for corporate clients, seniors, or the public; assist in developing internal training programs.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications & Licensing: Possess a recognized Degree or Diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine or related discipline. Must hold a valid practicing license with the TCM Practitioners Board (TCMPB) Singapore , or be pending registration/fresh graduate awaiting results.
- Experience: Prior clinical experience in TCM practice, pain management, or preventive health is preferred. Fresh graduates or candidates with minimal clinical experience are welcome to apply (Comprehensive training Will be provided).
- Skills & Competencies: Proficient in core clinical modalities (Acupuncture, Herbal Formulation, Cupping, etc.). Basic IT proficiency for electronic medical database management. Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese to effectively consult and communicate with diverse English and Chinese speaking clients.
- Personal Attributes: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric and patient-first attitude. Strong team player, open-minded, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies/skills. Responsible, ethical, and capable of working independently.
