Job summary

VANGUARD HEALTHCARE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking experienced Senior Nurses/Managers to lead care delivery across our residential facilities.

You will analyse and refine care plans, supervise Enrolled Nurses and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, person-centred care. The role requires a Diploma in Nursing, with advanced MH qualifications preferred; senior posts demand 7–8 years' public healthcare or nursing home experience.

Qualifications

Diploma in Nursing from a recognised institution approved by Singapore Nursing Board.
Post basic/advance diploma in Mental Health or psychiatric experience welcome.
Strong communications and people engagement skills; proficiency in local languages preferred.
Good organisational ability and ability to form networks with stakeholders.
Able to work shifts; candidates with nursing qualification without experience considered.
Senior positions require 7–8 years of experience, preferably in public healthcare or nursing homes.

Responsibilities

Analyse and evaluate nursing care plans with the Senior/Nurse Manager.
Coordinate with Enrolled Nurses to implement care plans (medication, hygiene, activities).
Identify symptoms and advocate early medical attention for residents.
Educate family members on residents' health conditions and holistic care.
