Vanguard Healthcare Pte. Ltd. seeks a seasoned Nursing Manager to lead care delivery in Singapore.

You will analyse nursing care plans, coordinate with Enrolled Nurses to implement plans (medication, hygiene, activities), and advocate early medical attention for residents. You will mentor Nursing Aides, participate in quality improvement activities, educate families about residents’ health, ensure proper documentation, and deputise the Senior/Nurse Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Post basic/advance diploma in Mental Health or experience in psychiatric settings.
• Demonstrate good communications and people engagement skills.
• Good organisational ability.
• Able to form networks and strong linkages with stakeholders.
• Able to work shifts.
• Candidates with relevant nursing qualification without experience will be considered.
• For Senior positions, at least 7 to 8 years of experience, preferably with experience in public healthcare or nursing home sectors.
• Various locations available: Bukit Batok, Hougang, Pearl's Hill, Senja, Woodlands, Tampines.

Responsabilités

• Analyse and evaluate nursing care plans provided for residents.
• Coordinate with Enrolled Nurses to implement care plans (medication, hygiene care, activities).
• Identify symptoms and advocate early medical attention.
• Mentor and guide Enrolled Nurses and Healthcare Assistants in performing their duties.
• Participate in quality improvement and assessment activities.
• Educate family members on residents’ health conditions and holistic care.
• Ensure documentation of residents’ cases is maintained.
• Deputise Senior/Nurse Manager in their absence.
