PRESBYTERIAN COMMUNITY SOCIAL SERVICES LTD. is seeking a Senior Nurse Leader to provide clinical and professional direction for nursing and care services across Senior Care Centres and related programmes in Singapore.

You will lead and develop staff, ensure compliance with standards, and drive quality improvement while coordinating with doctors, social workers, and operations teams to deliver integrated, patient-centered care.

Competenze

• Registered Nurse with SNB registration and valid practice license.
• Minimum 7 years of nursing experience including supervisory roles.
• Strong geriatric, chronic disease, and dementia care knowledge.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and review nursing policies, SOPs, and clinical guidelines.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration.

• At least 7 years of relevant nursing experience, including supervisory or leadership roles.

• Strong clinical knowledge in geriatric care, chronic disease management, and dementia care.

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop nursing and care teams.

• Good understanding of Singapore’s healthcare and community care regulatory environment.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
