Job summary

Zest Clinic Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Operations Manager to provide strong leadership and operational excellence across the clinic and medispa.

You will oversee daily operations, patient journey, safety standards, and service quality to deliver a seamless patient experience. You will manage personnel, training, SOPs, and tech solutions while supporting sales initiatives, cost control, and scalable growth. Candidates should have 2–3 years in healthcare operations and knowledge of MOH/PDPA

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of operations management experience in medical aesthetics, wellness or healthcare.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills with excellent communication.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality patient journey and service excellence.
• Knowledge of MOH, SMC, PDPA regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Experience with clinic/medispa management systems or CRM is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Oversee scheduling, ambience, room setup, equipment safety, and compliance.
• Manage patient journey from scheduling to follow-up and retention.
• Enforce service quality standards and handle escalated issues.
