Job summary

TWOONE MEDICAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead daily GP clinic operations at West Family Clinic in Clementi, Singapore. The role focuses on service quality, regulatory compliance, and sound business performance.

You will oversee staff, workflows, billing, inventory, and IT systems while maintaining patient-centric, confidential care. Applicants should be organised, proactive, and capable of independent clinic management.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinic management or healthcare administration.
• Experience managing staff, schedules, billing, and inventory.
• Familiarity with Singapore healthcare schemes (CHAS, MediSave) is an advantage.
• Proficiency with clinic management systems and EMR.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations including patient registration, consultation flow, payment collection, and appointment management.
• Ensure opening/closing according to operating hours and manage staff schedules.
• Supervise onboarding, training, and performance of administrative staff.
• Handle patient feedback, confidentiality, and service recovery per clinic policies.
• Oversee billing, payments, receipts, refunds, and petty cash.
• Monitor inventory of medications, vaccines, and consumables; coordinate procurement.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and support inspections and audits.
• Prepare periodic reports highlighting trends and opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Collaborate with the Clinic Director on business development and performance improvement initiatives.
