ABER CARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a clinic assistant to support daily clinical and administrative tasks in our Singapore facility.

You will schedule patient appointments, register patients, process prescriptions, and ensure accurate dispensing of medicines while maintaining service quality. You will also assist with billing under government schemes, manage clinic inventory, and operate the Clinic Management System to help deliver smooth, patient‑centred care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Good patient care and service orientation.
• Working hours: 5.5 work week.

Responsabilités

• Perform clinical and administrative duties.
• Schedule patient appointments and registration.
• Assist in managing smooth and efficient clinic operations.
• Responsible for planning and maintaining clinical & service quality.
• Registration of patients and provide customer service.
• Process prescription accurately and dispensing of medicines.
• Process of billing transactions under different government schemes.
• Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items.
• Operate Clinic Management System.
