Job summary

PARADIGM RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is recruiting a Clinic Manager to lead day-to-day clinic operations and drive patient experience in a growing healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate is people-oriented, well-organised and commercially minded, capable of coaching staff, managing performance and delivering against KPIs. You will work closely with doctors and management to grow the clinic and ensure a smooth, positive patient journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinic or healthcare settings is required.
• Demonstrated people management and communication skills.
• Customer-centric and hands-on approach with a service mindset.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Commercially minded and comfortable working with targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, coach and motivate the clinic team to deliver excellent service.
• Manage staff performance, scheduling and manpower planning.
• Monitor clinic KPIs, revenue and operational performance.
• Drive patient service standards and continuously improve the patient experience.
• Handle operational issues and collaborate with doctors and management.
• Support initiatives to grow the clinic and achieve business targets.
