Job summary

WellAway is seeking a Clinic Supervisor/Manager to oversee the clinic's day-to-day operations, coordinating pharmacists, technicians and assistants to ensure safe and efficient medication dispensing. The role offers potential for progression into an Executive Track in Business Development, Product Design and Marketing.

The candidate will lead staff, manage schedules, monitor workflow, and drive process improvements to enhance patient service and clinic operations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of working experience in healthcare industry.
• Meticulous and organized.
• Resourceful and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office suites and their advanced features (e.g. Excel Macros).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
• Ensure smooth patient service, support clients and billing processes.
• Implement operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor epharmacy workflow and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure adequate epharmacy supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate staff.
• Develop staff schedules and manage manpower planning.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and guidance.
• Coordinate staff onboarding, training, and development programs.
• Manage employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary matters where necessary.
