Job summary

WellAway is seeking a Clinic Supervisor/Manager to oversee the clinic's day-to-day operations, coordinating pharmacists, technicians and assistants to ensure safe and efficient medication dispensing. The role offers potential for progression into an Executive Track in Business Development, Product Design and Marketing.

The candidate will lead staff, manage schedules, monitor workflow, and drive process improvements to enhance patient service and clinic operations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of working experience in healthcare industry.
• Meticulous and organized.
• Resourceful and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office suites and their advanced features (e.g. Excel Macros).

About the role

The candidate will be working with a dynamic team of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and assistants to ensure medications are dispensed in a safe and efficient manner. Subjected to the interest and qualifications of the candidate, he/she may be considered for an Executive Track to assist in other portfolios of WellAway such as Business Development, Product Design and Marketing.
