Job summary

WellAway in Singapore is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to lead a team of pharmacists and support staff, ensuring safe medication dispensing and excellent patient service. Opportunity to contribute to business development and marketing based on interest.

You will oversee daily operations, coordinate patient service, manage billing, and ensure compliance with policies. Strong organizational skills and 2-3 years in healthcare preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Nursing, or related discipline.
• 2-3 years of work experience in the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel features such as Macros.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient and safe medication dispensing
• Coordinate patient service, support clinic and doctor clients, and manage billing processes smoothly
• Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to maintain compliance and quality
• Monitor e-pharmacy workflow and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
• Manage inventory to ensure adequate supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance
• Lead, supervise, and motivate pharmacy staff to achieve performance and service goals
• Develop staff schedules and plan manpower to meet operational demands
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to support staff development
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and continuous development programs for new and existing staff
• Manage employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies
