BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on ophthalmic clinical professional to support patients throughout their surgical journey, from pre-operative assessment to post-operative follow-up.

The role covers diagnostic investigations (Biometry, OCT, Visual Field Testing, Corneal Topography), pre-op coordination, surgical workflow management, and close collaboration with ophthalmologists to ensure smooth treatment and accurate billing.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ophthalmic clinical experience.
• Ability to coordinate pre- and post-operative care.
• Experience in patient support and insurance/billing matters.

Responsabilités

• Perform ophthalmic diagnostic investigations including Biometry, OCT, Visual Field Testing and Corneal Topography.
• Conduct and coordinate pre-operative assessments and ensure required investigations are completed.
• Manage the surgical workflow including surgery bookings, documentation, consent forms and pre-operative requirements.
• Coordinate closely with ophthalmologists and clinical teams on surgical cases.
• Support patients with insurance coverage, pre-authorisation, estimated costs and surgical billing matters.
• Conduct post-operative follow-up and elevate clinical concerns when necessary.
• Take ownership of assigned surgical cases from pre-op through post-op care.

About the role
