The Straits Eye Centre in Singapore is seeking a Clinic Executive to support our East-side clinics. You will be integral to daily operations, ensuring a warm, professional patient journey and close collaboration with doctors, optometrists and the clinic team.
You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage appointments and patient flow, handle billing and administrative tasks, and maintain accurate records while upholding data protection and regulatory requirements.

We are looking for a Clinic Executive to support our East-side clinics. You will be an important part of our day-to-day operations, ensuring that our clinics run smoothly while providing a warm, professional experience for every patient. You will work closely with our doctors, optometrists and clinic team to coordinate appointments, support patient needs and keep clinic operations running efficiently.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient journey
Provide warm, professional and attentive front-line service, assisting patients with their enquiries and needs
Manage appointments, registration, patient flow and scheduling, ensuring accurate and timely coordination
Coordinate closely with doctors, optometrists and clinic staff to support an efficient workflow
Handle billing, insurance claims, Medisave submissions and administrative matters accurately
Maintain accurate patient records and uphold patient confidentiality and data protection
Monitor clinic inventory and ensure medical supplies and consumables are adequately stocked
Assist with clinic administrative tasks and follow up on operational matters when required
Ensure the clinic operates in accordance with internal policies, clinical workflows and regulatory requirements
Identify opportunities to improve clinic processes and contribute to a positive patient experience
Diploma in Healthcare Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred
Experience in clinic operations, healthcare administration or customer service will be an advantage
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced clinic environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine patient-first mindset
Detail-oriented and comfortable handling administrative and financial matters accurately
A team player who is reliable, proactive and willing to take ownership
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with doctors and the wider clinic team
