Qualifications

• Minimum Singapore-Cambridge N-Level or O-Level, with Certificate in Theory and Practice of Phlebotomy or trained in Nursing.
• Preferably 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in medical billing software and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, customer oriented and committed to high service standards.
• Able to work with multi-disciplinary teams in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend to clients and perform front-desk duties including registration, manage appointments, coordinate follow-ups and payment collection.
• Attend to inquiries and phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Perform basic triage & measurements - check blood pressure, height, weight, temperature.
• Prepare and assist Doctor during minor procedures.
• Dispense medications to clients.
• Monitor, order and replenish medical supplies & medications.
• Provide administrative support, including data entry and filing of medical records.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of clinic areas.
