Job summary

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of experience in Clinic or Receptionist.
• Experience in managing front-desk duties and patient flow.
• Strong communication and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient scheduling, registration, and provide front-desk customer service.
• Dispense medications accurately based on doctor's prescriptions.
• Process patient billing, handle insurance claims, and coordinate with relevant agencies.
