Responsibilities

• Perform front desk duties: Patient registration, appointment scheduling, payment collection
• Dispensing of medication
• Handle phone calls and patient enquiries
• Assist doctor
• Ensure accurate and prompt claims submissions to government agencies and corporate partners such as CHAS, Medisave, TPAs and etc.
• Maintain control of stock and consumables, including replenishment and housekeeping.
• Handle administrative duties including updating medical records using Clinic Management Software (e.g., SGIMed)
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by Centre Manager/Clinic Manager
