Job summary

Smilepoint Dental Centre Pte. Ltd. seeks a dedicated Clinic Assistant to support daily clinic operations and ensure smooth patient care delivery.

You will register patients, schedule appointments, assist doctors in treatment rooms, manage stock, and maintain a safe, clean environment for patients and staff. You will also handle payments, maintain accurate records in the Clinic Management System, and perform ad hoc administrative duties as directed by the Centre Manager.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately and schedule appointments to optimize clinic flow
• Collect payments efficiently while maintaining accurate transaction records
• Assist doctors in treatment rooms by preparing equipment and supporting patient care
• Manage stock and consumables by monitoring inventory levels and replenishing supplies promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of clinic areas to ensure a safe environment
• Update and maintain medical records using Clinic Management Software to ensure data accuracy
• Perform ad hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned by Centre Manager or Clinic Manager
