• Front-desk duties, appointment scheduling and payment administration experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and assist with registration for a smooth clinic start.
• Respond to patient enquiries professionally and handle feedback or concerns.
• Manage appointments, calls, reception duties and payment records.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming clinic environment and accurate records.
• Provide chair-side assistance to dentists during treatments.
• Monitor stock levels and prep dental supplies and instruments.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of patient information.
• Communicate professionally with patients, colleagues and external partners.
• Follow infection prevention and clinic policies.
