Job summary

You will assist dentists during procedures as needed, coordinate clinic operations, and handle inquiries, with a focus on professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• GCE 'N' Level, GCE 'O' Level, NITEC or equivalent qualification.
• Healthcare experience is advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong administrative abilities.
• Willing to learn and support clinical and operational functions.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately and efficiently, ensuring all patient information is updated and maintained.
• Schedule, coordinate, and manage appointments for dental clinics.
• Provide chairside assistance to dentists during dental procedures and treatments.
• Attend to patients' enquiries and provide professional customer service and support.
• Perform general administrative duties, including documentation, record maintenance, and clinic coordination.
• Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
