Job summary

Alliance Healthcare Group's Elite Orthopaedics in Singapore seeks an experienced clinic operations professional to support outpatient services. You will register patients, handle front-line service, and process government/managed care billings while ensuring MOH compliance. Inventory control and CMS use are essential, with a team-focused environment.

The role requires multitasking in a busy clinic, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving duties under supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient operations or valid nurse practising certificate.
• Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements.
• Computer literacy and proficient in basic IT tasks.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic clinic environment.

What You'll be Doing

• Perform daily operational duties at outpatient clinic.
• Register patients and provide frontline customer service.

• Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items.
• Operate Clinic Management System (CMS).
• Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by Clinic Supervisor.

What We Are Looking for

• Past experience in outpatient operations and/or with valid nurse practising certificate preferred.
• Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements.
• Computer literacy.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
