Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a receptionist for a medical clinic in Singapore.

Working hours are Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:30pm, Sat 8:30am–12:30pm with location rotating among Farrer Park, Novena, Napier and Orchard according to roster. Salary range is SGD 2,500–2,800 per month, commensurate with experience. Responsibilities include front-desk operations, appointment management, phone handling, and basic counter tasks.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years healthcare experience, in a specialist clinic setting is a plus.
• Computer literacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle clinic front desk tasks: registrations, appointment bookings, and calls using the clinic system.
• Provide pre-operation advice for patients.

Location: Farrer Park / Novena / Napier / Orchard (Rotating based on roster)
Salary range: $2500 - $2800

Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical frontline duties: registration, appointment bookings, phone calls, etc. using clinic system.
• Provide Pre-operation advise for patients.
• Follow up with doctors or clinic staff on completing the information required.
• Assist doctor with chaperone and other medical procedure
• Assist in training and guiding new and junior staff.
• Perform daily counter closing and alert superiors on discrepancies if any.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min 1-2 years of experience in healthcare industry, in a specialist clinic setting is a plus.
• Computer Literacy is required
