You will register new patients, manage the clinic's digital database, handle POS payments, and issue invoices with accuracy. You will assist doctors during procedures such as Botox, Hifu, injections or lasers, and operate non-invasive treatments like Skin booster or RF therapy.

Responsibilities

• Doctor chaperone/assistant: prepare rooms, prep patients, assist during Botox, Hifu, injections or lasers.
• Operate non-invasive machine treatments independently (e.g., Skin booster, medical RF).
• Share information on ongoing treatment packages to hit monthly targets.

Registering new patients, managing the clinic's digital database, executing point-of-sale (POS) payments, and issuing invoices. ( Plato )

Clinical & Treatment Support

• Doctor Chaperone/Assistant: Preparing treatment rooms, prepping patients (e.g., applying numbing cream, taking pre-treatment photos), and assisting doctors during procedures like Botox, Hifu , injectionable or lasers.
• Operate non-invasive machine treatments independently (e.g., Skin booster / medical RF skin tightening).

Package / product Sign-ups

Sharing ongoing treatment packages or promotions to hit the clinic's monthly targets.

Working Hours

2.30pm - 8.30pm (Wednesday)
