Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is partnering with a Medical Aesthetic clinic to hire a Medical/ Clinic Assistant in Central Singapore. The position is permanent with a 5.5-day work week, capped at 44 hours, closed Sundays and PHs.

Assist doctors during aesthetic procedures, prepare rooms and equipment, explain care instructions, manage follow-ups, and handle administrative duties while keeping the clinic clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an aesthetic, beauty, skincare, or healthcare environment.
• Comfortable working retail operating hours.
• Certifications in aesthetics, beauty therapy, or nursing will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the doctor during aesthetic treatments and procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and patients before procedures.
• Explain pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions to patients.
• Follow up with patients after treatments and assist with appointment reviews.
• Handle administrative duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic and treatment rooms.

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Medical/ Clinic Assistant (Aesthetic Clinic)
• Location: Central
• Working Hours: 5.5 Days, capped at 44 hours per week (Closed on Sunday & PHs)
• Salary Package: Up to $2,600 + Commissions + Bonus
