Job summary

KLHEALTH PTE. LTD. is seeking a clinic assistant to provide comprehensive patient care and clinical support in our aesthetics clinic.

You will greet patients, prepare them for treatment, and assist medical professionals with non-surgical procedures while ensuring rooms are clean and well-stocked. Responsibilities include managing patient records, coordinating appointments, educating patients on skincare products, and promoting skincare packages.

Qualifications

• Adhere to all clinic policies and health and safety regulations
• Ensure compliance with medical standards and regulations
• Educate patients about skincare products and post-treatment care items
• Assist in the promotion and sale of skincare products and aesthetic packages
• Maintain inventory of products and supplies, ensuring availability and proper stock levels
• Report any incidents or concerns to the clinic manager or medical director promptly

Responsibilities

• Provide post-treatment care instructions and follow-up communication
• Assist medical professionals with aesthetic treatments such as Botox, fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, and other non-surgical procedures
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Schedule patient appointments and manage the clinic's calendar
• Handle patient inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, providing information about services offered
• Manage patient records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
