MA KUANG CHINESE MEDICINE & RESEARCH CENTRE PTE LTD is seeking a frontline customer service associate for a full-time role. You will handle customer inquiries, schedule appointments, process payments, and assist with product promotions in a retail clinic setting.

The role requires fluency in Mandarin and English, willingness to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays, and a proactive, sales-driven attitude to deliver excellent customer service.

Formación

• Proficiency both in Chinese and English, able to handle Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
• Self-motivated and sales driven with a positive attitude.
• Pleasant personality, cooperative and work well with co-workers.
• Basic IT knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent and friendly frontline customer service.
• Attend to enquiry via phone calls.
• Schedule patient’s appointment.
• Process invoice and payment collections.
• Dispense medication and maintaining inventory levels.
• Basic housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic.
• Handle enquiries on promotions and leading customers to products.
• To perform other duties as assigned.

Conocimientos

Bilingual Chinese and English

Retail sales experience

Job Description

• Full time: 5 days, 10am-9pm (1.5 - 2hr breaktime)
• TCM medical benefit, Commission scheme
• Provide excellent and friendly frontline customer service
