SASCD PTE. LTD. is a specialist medical clinic based in Orchard, Singapore, seeking individuals with eagerness to learn and excellent customer service. The role includes front desk registration, dispensing and packing medications, and cashiering duties.

Flexibility to travel to Parkway East is required when colleagues are on leave. The clinic operates a 5.5 day work week: Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:30pm and Saturday 8:30am–12:30pm, with duties including handling inquiries and stock management.

Job description

We are a specialist medical clinic seeking individuals who has the eagerness to learn and has good customer service. 5 and half day work week - Monday to Friday 830-530pm and Saturday 830am-1230pm

Clinic is base in the orchard. Must be flexible to move to go parkway east sometimes when other team mates are on leave.

• Front desk registration, dispensing & packing medications, cashiering duties
• Handling phone calls and patient enquiries on whatsapp
• Conduct stock take of drugs and consumables
• Carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor/manager
• Insurance knowledge and Plato knowledge will be good but not a must
